Schaitberger-10: “Transparency!”
A Tour de Force of Bull Shit
IAFF president Ed Kelly canned the longtime legal firm used by the union and the ten vice presidents who live in the hip pocket of disgraceful former president Harold Schaitberger are fit to be tied.
They actually wrote a letter rebuking Kelly while calling for
“transparency and an open and honest debate”
This could not be made up.
These are the same ten vice presidents who are withholding the $1M Schnader investigative report on IAFF corruption, many of them are implicated in that report.
They are engaging in an aggressive cover-up while calling for Kelly to be “open and honest” — the big lie if ever there was one.
The Schaitberger-10 live in Alice’s Wonderland and they want us to join them.
When these mutts yelp about following “the process”, remember that time and again legal beagles have determined that the process is whatever they want it to be.
Great examples include their cheating on per diems, severance pay rip offs and Schaitberger’s pension-taking — it’s all wrong but they did it anyway so now it’s cool, or so they say.
Holding Kelly to the retention of a law firm neck deep in Schaitberger’s putrid waste is amazing in it’s own right.
Having these rascals push the point on the one hand while hiding the Schnader report on the other is the ultimate evidence of the depth and breadth of the culture of corruption at the IAFF.
Don’t be fooled.
